• websites for customers (order forms, downloading resulting files, support services);
• websites for writers-contractors (order selection, correspondence with clients, statistics);
• joined administrative interface for whole business management (customers, orders, writers, financial statements).

The system allows creation of more additional websites to serve customers or writers. Customer support is working "24/7". Currently the system serves more than 5000 customers and more than 500 writers, the total number of new orders is up to 100 a day.

It has a visual intuitively understandable interface allowing to manage a website operatively and to make a changes of a content in a wide range. Any user who is not familiar with HTML may form website pages containing paragraphs, lists, tables, images, web-links, links to a binary files (for example MS Office files, PDFs, archives etc.) and applying a styles definition.
Moreover, DocBuilder sets additional attributes to an articles, that allows to automate a change of a contents of a website in dependences on a time of a page viewing.
To each article it is possible to add a "discussion" -- a flame of visitor's messages moderated by a website manager.
There is a system of differentiation of access levels for a different logins of a site managers.

Loading of ringtones is realized on special mobile operator interface CPI - Content Provider Interface by KyivStar. Dialogue whith users is based on SMS only.
Some featurs are:

• navigation under the multilevel compositions catalogue;

• choice of composition from spent actions (chart, New Year etc. - using a short code of a composition).

W2W Service is real-time generation of small banners containing the actual information (exchange rates, exchange indexes and other banking parameters).

Allows to adjust parameters of user accounts, to manage black lists, to adjust the filter of "bad words" and to delete/edit messages "on the fly".

Last one consists of 3 parts:
• Operator Interface (dialogue with abonents, incoming messages queue management, operator's online status control) - it should be many operators online simultaneously [pic.1];
• Dispatcher Interface (operator's accounts management, information flow control, stats and reports) [pic.2];
• Master Administrator Interface (operator's and dispatcher's accounts management, system management and settings, data backup service) [pic.3].

A complicated logic of incoming messages queue has been realized. Criterions are: dialogue pre-history between each abonent and each operator, operator's online status and size of incoming messages queue, dispatcher's manual redirections of incoming messages.

"Yellow Pages" information system. Two access levels: guest and registered members. Complicated hierarchical DB structure. German language interface.

Very detailed site - almost a copy of www.ingfn.sk website, including banking parameters as graphs.
It is polymorphous: all information can be reading on any type of mobile device (mobile phones or PDA) or using ordinary web-browser. It changes sizes and colors of graphics depending on type of device. Site contains news sections, current banking parameters sections, bank services descriptions and common information articles. There is voting form and customers feedback form.
